Dylan, a farm worker from Brecon, organised a rave in the summer of 2003.

The event caused considerable disturbance to residents in the area and the congestion and general public order problems required a heavy police attendance. Dylan did not have a licence for the rave.

He was fined £500 and ordered to pay £550 costs.
