15-year old Julie was given a 13 cm tattoo of Winnie the Pooh and the words "Grandpa H", put on her arm to remember her grandfather.
But it's against the law for people under 18 to get tattoos, and Julie's mother wants the tattooist who did it to be investigated.
Julie says now, "If I could scratch it off, I would. I didn't realise how big it was until I saw it in the mirror."
The design cost £40, but it could cost up to £600 for painful laser surgery to have it removed.
